You don't have to get a bucket of paint, you can choose a clean wall as well, but if it's a light colored wall you can do the same technique but with dark colors instead. Thanks!
From the looks of the video that was black before OLUST started... Also, 99% of the video was demonstrating techniques for line work and fills with a very limited color palette.
