1.5 kg mutton leg
.200 gm hung curd
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp degi mirch powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 nutmeg
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp raw papaya paste
salt to taste
.50 gm khaskhas seeds
5 brown onion
15 cashew
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tsp desi ghee
2 tbsp oil
whole spices
saffron
kachumar salad

Made that raam today chef ashok, love it, guests and my family love it as well. They comment that spices are very minimum but its still very tasty. I increased the quantity of gravy by doubling every ingredient that was used in second marination. Love your recipe chef, Thumbs up.
