Mutton Raan= 1 kg
Green Papaya Paste= 2 tbsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Saffron= 2 pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Nutmeg= 1/4
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/4 tsp
Mace Powder= 2 pinch
Yellow Chilly Powder= 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Cashew= 80 gm
Cuddapah almond (charonji)= 2 tbsp
Dried Melon Seeds (charmagaz)= 2 tbsp
Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas)= 2 tbsp
Fresh Coriander= 3 tbsp
Green Chilly= 8
Dahi= 1/2 cup
Fry Onion= 150 gm
Water= 1 cup
Desi Ghee= 1 cup
Water= 1 cup
Salt= 1 tsp
