I love the occasional touch of humor in your subtitles.
Glad you like my subtitles!
out of all channels this one has the best subtitles
Thanks for the compliment:)
I’m always impressed by Korean manufacturing videos. They seem to have a high standard for quality.
*IT IS BEAUTIFUL* ⭐
Another great video: best part is that you dont have music! Thanks again!
Thanks as always;)

Oli todella hienoa katsella näitä videoita. Monipuolista ja hyvin kuvattua. Suurenmoiset kiitokset. From:Oskari
Amazing how automated all the machinery is Love the show !
The entire Retreading factory must be filled with the smell of fresh rubber tires. I'll prolly be alone saying this but i wish they'd make a candle for that smell, so my room can smell of tire rubber.
Indeed, I’d have one in my bedroom.
Just buy a new tire and put it in the corner. 😂
Yes, but dont light it up in a room!!!
For a quick test buy a bicycle one
😂😂 I remember my first Pep Boys experience. The new tire smell does have an effect on me. Even if I wasn't getting new tires.
I loved the smell 😍.
I feel amped/excited 😂.
55 yrs later, it's Costco 😊
I enjoy your videos very much. Thankyou for sharing this amazing factories with us.
Thanks for watching:)
I'm very impressed with Korean industrial processes. Machinery is used for heavy lifting, technology is state of the art, facilities are clean and bright, people are treated well, and there is obviously a lot of pride in workmanship. Excellent.
Thank you for sharing this very informative and entertaining video!
Unforgettable! Witnessing them is an unforgettable experience.
Incredible watching the foam expand in the mold. Thanks.
I like these videos from South Korea... God bless you My friend happynes
Very nice video with excellent detail and audio/video. I am looking forward to viewing many others.

The best channel by far
You have such a good sense of humour and can map that to English so well - did you travel overseas at some point?
Interesting processes. Thank you.
Thanks for watching:)
Bet you could make one hell of a doughnut with that thing.
(The pastry... not the tire) 😂
Thank you for your video I really enjoyed it
Love your work!
Thanks!
The sound of candles hitting around sounds like infinity...ethernall!
Thank you.
The white stuff: "These additives come in the form of oils, detergents, waxes, antioxidants, parabens, and more, and sometimes they can "bloom" to the surface of a new tire. While some may not like the appearance, we recommend not trying to clean it." (In fact you can clean it, but should coat the tyre sidewall with a silicon-based sealer/lubricant, which slows oxidation and moisture ingress / UV to protect the natural rubber.
Plasticizers to keep rubber from going hard in the cold, oil adds to the slip resistance of the tyre. As tyres flex in regular use these migrate through the rubber and prevent the tyre getting hard and cracking, leading to failure. That is why it is good to drive regularly for tyres, than leave them sitting.
Super like..Excellent job
My favorite youtube video. I would work there.
Thanks
Good video, and funny subtitles 🤣
Thanks;)
C’est excellent 👍
After it goes in the rubber casing it comes out with threads how?
Great videos, no music, and a little humor, what's not to like?
Thanks for an interesting compilation.
🙈🙉🙊 😎 🇺🇸
PS: I subscribed too.

LOVE IT...
No wonder tires are expensive!! just look at how much work is envolved in their manufacturing process!!
Esses processo são muitos sassifisfatorios🤩🤯😌🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Mantap bikin yang bagus❤❤🎉
👍 good
And these candles are apparently Secret Service agents working undercover. 😂
Or it's a secret contract for the Korean arms industry.
We know this is not from the north. The employees here appear well taken care of and more importantly, are not razor thin from starvation. 🤣✊🏻✊🏻
Well, this explains why 18 wheelers leave their tread all over the interstates. Staples and duct tape to join a seam.......brilliant!🚚
And you need to educate yourself kid. That's only to hold it in place until the rubber is vulcanized which is a permanent fusion. Maybe next time. Educate yourself a little bit before you flap your lips on the topic you don't understand. FYI. 99% of those tires you see on the highway shredded apart or virgin casings not retreads
@@jasonmorehouse3756 It's been too long since I remember virginity. I'm glad you are so well versed in that area. Maybe get off you YT, and find a girl....or ask your sister.♀
How do the tyres get the branding on the sidewalls? They cannot leave "Kumho", "Bridgestone" or "Yokohama" on them!
They most certainly can leave the brand on there. The casing itself is still made by that company. The only thing being exchanged here is the tread itself. The brand on the side doesn't really matter anyway, that's only superficial.
Who would not buy a manhole cover, I will take one in green❤😂
👍👍
Those tires are good for local work not over the road. Thats why you see the gators all over our highways. In 40 years never put a retread on any of my equipment
You need to educate yourself kid. You're 100% wrong. These tires are great for over the road because they're made exactly the same way a new tire is made. It's technically the same process without having to make the casing. Those so-called Gators you see on the highway, 99% of those are Virgin casings. Not a retread. Failure due to being run low on air pressure. Next time educate yourself before flapping your lips on the topic you don't understand
@@jasonmorehouse3756 lol they are junk. Been a o/o for 40 years you troll

In the tire sequence- there was a worker with kinkie hair. Remanence of American GIs.

in north korea?
They say one thing but mean another? To me good casing would be only the ones with no damage, but as we see they use about anything, broken steel cords to me is a bad casing.
I've often thought there needs to be better ways to retread tires when the vast majority of wear is just on the tread. Makes me think there's just too much profit in making new tires and they don't care about the waste entering the environment.
Why are their faces obscured? I don't understand?
Isn't retreading dangerous? You use to see retread all over the hiway from it peeling off tyres 💥
No, it is not dangerous, and you don't see retreads all over the highway. You see shredded tires all over the highway and 99% of those were a virgin casing, not a retreaded tire. Failure due to lack of basic maintenance. Low air pressure will cause a tire to overheat and disintegrate. Doesn't matter if it's a brand new tire or retread neither one's going to stand up to that. Retreads are built exactly the same way as a new tire is the only step that's missing is you don't have to make a casing as you're reusing one that's already been made and inspected. Inspection is something that a new tire doesn't even get and new tires can have defects
@@jasonmorehouse3756 I said you use to see! But retreads are legal so all good 👍
If there is anything in the world that doesn't need plastic, it must be a bloody candle. What a waste!
This is either a stolen video or a repost, I’ve seen this months ago
Compilation video:) Thanks for coming back!
I'll put a like on that for the characterful use of English...
There Vietnam.

No need to blurr their faces cause whole China Korea look same😂😂😂😂😂😂
But I think they need real gas masks not these normal masks
I love North Korea
Supreme Leader will be very pleased by your latest video, maybe he will let you make boom boom with his beautiful sister!
Do you really confuse this with North Korea? Do you ever read the OP's titles and remarks?
