FastCharge +5 / Attack +9 is on table 6. If you want a good tool for finding the charm table you're on, use MHP3rd Charm Table Analyzer mhp3rd-charm-table-analyzer.software.informer.com/download/. Don't use Athena's ASS for charm tables as it isn't accurate. There used to be a whole Japanese database on MHP3rd charms hore.mokoaki.net/table/search but it's unfortunately gone and using an Internet archive sadly won't help beyond finding the main page because each of the thousands of charms were a unique page and were not archived. Every charm had a chart showing how many Shining and Timeworn Charms in your inventory would affect the chances of you getting that charm at the end of the quest (yes, this is a real thing). Lots of the rare charms had a 0% drop rate if you had any Shining Charms whatsoever, but others had a better chance of dropping the more Shining Charms you had. I don't remember what my charm's drop rates were so unfortunately the safest thing you can do is toss all your Shining Charms before finishing the quest. I don't know if Palicos affect this so you may want to leave them behind. As for the actual farming, take the HR5 Volcano Harvest Tour. Start mining in area 3, cut through area 4 and mine in area 7. Go through to area 5 and mine the nearby node but ignore the one on the other side. Mine in area 8, the first two nodes in area 9 and the second node in area 10. Die or use a Farcaster, toss all your Shining Charms and complete the quest. This takes about three minutes each run and if you play consistently, it shouldn't take...more than a month to get the charm you want. Maybe. Good luck!
