Can anyone tell me why some structural steal members have a weight parameter that can be used in schedules and some not. I have checked and I don't see any shared parameters in the family.
Even in the same family, some some types show weights and some not, in schedules that is.

why cant we place free form rebars in generic models?? and also why cant we place free form rebar in conceptual mass during massing ?? can you please explain in brief sir ?? i wan to create a irregular concrete structure and a hollow space inside it representing pipe . And how do i place surface free form rebar in that?? Actually im doing a thrust block structure around a pipe .
