Its manual to join two pdf, but you can try the plugin Prosheets, you can generate your pdf faster.

You need API knowledge, C# knowledge and visual studio. Jeremy tammik and danny green have some series on YT and their blogs. I'd suggest learning Dynamo and Python first if you don't know any C# - it's advanced.
