cheese: 200 g (7.1 oz)
ham: 200 g (7.1 oz)
salami: 200 g (7.1 oz)
tomatoes: 200 g (7.1 oz)
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
white sesame seeds: 20 g (0.7 oz)
black sesame seeds: 20 g (0.7 oz)
