Thank you for clarifying the quote mining Collins used against you. And I truly hope that one day, Collins and his guests will understand that "guilt by association" (their preferred 'modus operandi') is a fallacy in reasoning.

Yeah... this is my primary concern with his work. I hope that Collins can understand better the importance of accurate engagement because I'd hate to see this become the way he does things given that he has some valid concerns out there!
But it was definitely weird finding I had been used to take down Wimber! ha ha.

I was in the Vineyard 28 years. I lived through and watch all that happen. You are correct with the History. I LOVE John! He changed my life with the teachings of The Kingdom of God. ❤

Thank you for addressing these videos that John Collins has but out which often misrepresent others. I do is shocked when I saw him making videos about John Wimber and felt that he had misrepresented Wimber.

@@matthewb252able yeah. His work, including his latest podcast, is hard to take seriously. The guest he recently had should just have said “I’m actually a cessationist fundamentalist now”… and then we could evaluate those biblical texts in question. I mean… Ronald Nash?!? Cmon! Hah.
It’s hard not to make more videos just demonstrating by Wimber and other’s own words just how bad John Collins’ methodology is. Makes me definitely question all of his Branham work.

Membaca bukunya Power Evangelism an sangat takjub. God bless you, Immanuel.❤

Thank you for doing this. I like most of John Collins videos but he clearly didn't do his homework about Wimber.

Thank you for the excellent work! Even after all these years Wimber is still being misrepresented and misunderstood. I never met a man more unimpressed with himself. What an amazing time it was.

I attended Tom Stipes church in Devner which was a Vineyard in the 90's that left the Vineyard and became a Calvary Chapel. Tom's two issues with John Wimber was his association with the KC prophets and the mess they left in their wake and Wimbers adherence to post-millenial "triumphalism" theology.

If anyone was a Michael Knott fan he was hurt through that situation in making The Grape Prophet which is an amazing rock opera in the Christian music world back in 1992 when it was released. However there's a Frontline Records rewind on the album that shares what Mike and his wife saw and heard at the time. Mike wasn't perfect but him calling out the KC Prophets was one of his highlights.
