This is best debate I have heard for our Teso please Mr Ouco should be given more platforms to pass the some of our leaders just fill this positions with out clear agenda so please when you improve on services and economics one will never admire to leave the region for better business opportunities because the purchasing power will really give us assurance. Our people are poor just look at rural electrification should we connect power in grass thatched houses so let’s step up.
