this would look great on an RS800! A bit outside your 'many cheap cameras, not one expensive camera' philosophy though...

@@MontyD yeah, I think it would. I've toyed with the idea since posting this but the 360 footage has always require quite a lot of extra processing. I've got a new editing rig a year ago though, so maybe it wouldn't be such an issue now.
But for people just looking to improve, then I'd still recommend several cheap action cameras
