You must be new to the EV world. They been around since 2014. Suppose to come out with their 1st car in 2018. They burn thru all thsir cash. No car. So they making another concept to get investors but all they will do is pocket the money.
@anekinoo7 I work for an OEM manufacturer and we worked with them from their beginning back in '14. Got lots of 3D models of their transmission. Anyway, after two years we cut bait with them. Too much uncertainty and missed payments from FF. A lot of vendors got stiffed by them. In 2018, they approached us about renewing our relationship but we declined. Too much uncertainty with them.

Interestingly, Faraday Future had the rear screen in their design since 2015, and before i7. But they did not go to the market on time to be the first to have this feature! Same thing goes for the control screens on the door panels.

I like that both Nikola Tesla and Michael Faraday are being honored in the modern era by having electric vehicles named after them. Farad is the unit of capacitance he created, but I don't think he ever envisioned the Flux Capacitor made famous in Back to the Future.
Just a beautiful, elegant, gorgeous gorgeous vehicle!! With that said, my hopes were shattered once Joe mentioned the price tag of $200,000. Let’s hope this company learn the lessons from Tesla and are ready to produce and ship in great value because the demand will be there. Another great job Joe and Lori! Especially towards the end there, showing us that gorgeous Interior and those LED lights on the bottom of the doors. WOW.
I love that Faraday electric car.. I want everything science fiction and futuristic technology for fun. I don't want to listen and pay any attention of any futuristic haters and EV haters. I want to be like the people in the sci fi movies that are about futuristic things like in Total Recall, Demolition Man, Blade Runner, CyberPunk, Robocop, and Terminator. I'm a fan of fun technology. I grew up with Nintendo and Atari. Electric cars and futuristic technology things will be alot of fun technology like video game and computer stuff.

I feel that electric vehicles are too expensive to buy. $200,000 for this beauty is a little too high for a person in the middle class to buy. I wonder if the electric car companies can make electric cars for the middle class, because not all of us have $200,000 in our bank accounts. Maybe if you're a celebrity like Tom Cruise. Same thing with the Cadillac Lyriq. Who can afford a $300,000 car? I don't know what to say about the high prices for these cars. Kinda wished that they would be cheaper to buy instead of costing you an arm and a leg to buy one. Good job, Joe and Lori.

It is great looking and very futuristic, but I wouldn't buy an electric car, not even a hybrid. Nice to look at tho. Not sure why they call it an SUV. It is more like a sedan with a hatchback. It tends to be the trend to make SUVs more like a sports wagon.

Of course, as with most of the EVs already available, this is just way out of my price range, I'm sorry to say. However, it's innovation and modernity is genuinely inspiring. I can't wait to see you do the usual thorough review on this at some point. Kudos to Lori for her efforts with all of those folks around.
Great review! As all EV producers are lowering prices, one will think FF will also have to review its pricing structure. They will produce other models (e.g FF81) for a cheaper price, so I guess to pay 200K for a limited version like FF91 makes sense. I would buy it but FF is not in the EU/Nordic area so maybe I will have to go along with Polestar instead.
Joe, you are the Man! Great video. You are showing us an unobtainable car which will never see the light of day. Why $200K for an EV if you can buy a Tesla for $60K and get more out of it because Tesla has a charging infrastructure in contrast to the rest of them. As far as electric cars in US we have only Tesla. The rest is still talk and pictures….and a lot of swearing at Electrify America non-working chargers.

@Swae P I read an article where FF was giving guests rides in it at Monterrey. They said the vehicle definitely couldn't do 0-60 in 2.27 or whatever their claim was. They also said the touch screen controls were a disaster. Even worse was the voice control which didn't work at all. All those upgrades don't mean anything if they are not functional.
There is a always a market for the elite class that don't care to drive what the masses drive (Teslas) and be able to differentiate the car for the class they belong to. Very pleased to see a US based company create an EV that ultimately may compete with the British, French, German and Italian high end automobiles. With the OS running or embedded with the Palantir software, there is no saying what type of personalized data this vehicle can harness to really make the car act and behave like another personalized gadget (iwatch / iphone) that you can't live without.

those rims will suck in the midwest where snow and mud gets trapped in the inside of the rim and unbalances your tires. I buy rims purposely with large openings so I can power wash the inside of the rims to get the snow and ice out

The FF91 base model would be priced at near 150k. First models out would be the reserve futurist trim.
