Double Bridles 2

An introduction to the preparation of the horse to work in the double bridle. One important thing I didn’t mention was the lack of a caveson on the horse. The main reason for it’s absence is freedom for the horse to mobilize the jaw. With a mobile jaw, the horse stays more relaxed and I can have real time feedback on how our communication is working through the bit or bits.
