Hi, i’d like to know something about a road.
If i’m on the left lane going straight and on the right lane there’s cars coming my way and if there is a bus stop but the bus has stopped and isn’t going anywhere, would i have to wait till the bus moves or can i move to the right to overtake if the road is clear?

I understand that if someone let you go or flash their light, it can be a fail
You can’t fail for other people’s actions, it’s how you deal with it matters. Regards to someone let you go or they flash - that’s their action so you can’t fail for that. But you can fail if you flash.
If others flash or let you go, then just make sure you look all round and do a good observation and then go. But you don’t flash. If you want to let someone go, you just stop nicely and give them an eye contact and if they go then they go, and if not don’t flash. You just make sure you looked and it’s all safe and go.
