I need help please. When the examiner ask you to pull up somewhere safe, do you have to put the vehicle in park, hand brake on and turn of the engine when you do so??

I’m no sure as I still learning just like her but watching the video that traffic light changed too quick and at her speed, I think she should be okay.

If I put a hand break I should release the brake and press the clutch?
As per that dangerous fault at the traffic light, why do some instructors advise one to quickly drive on at amber lights?
I guess it depends whether it is safe to stop before the stop line or not. It can be a challenging situation on a huge & crowded intersection.

There was plenty of cars going in adjacent lane when she tried to overtake the cyclist.!
Yes, there was plenty of cars and that needed planning. I did advise in the end of the video.
