I don't get to do much holiday stitching only because I tend to stitch in season (no Christmas in July for me 😂). And for the last 2+ decades, I've been stitching ornaments for my kids during holiday stitching time. One of my favorite ornaments that I stitched for them was a Santa holding two bunnies designed by Donna Vermillion Giampa. I just loved the colors and shading and details in the Santa . I've decided to cut the kids off at 25 ornaments each because I really need to spend some time doing some other holiday pieces that I've been eyeing over the years. 😊. Hello, Christine..you never cease to inspire me with your stitching talents!! Am not a sampler stitcher, am drawn to the smalls and quicker patterns, which are actually month long stitching projects for me!!
I am in awe of those stitchers who do full coverage pieces!! My goodness....such beautiful pieces. Had not thought of making a working copy and squaring off portions of the pattern! It would certainly make doing larger pieces less challenging!
