Not to mention RIGHT after an expansions release, nobody does that, even the more Wild-leaning people seem to go full-Standard, but not Kripp. He's earned my sub. Go Wild! Playing with doofy cards is infinitely better than the Standard trap.
I feel like we should take time to appreciate Kripps thumbnails. Not only is the photoshop phenomenal in the back, but it looks very pleasant to the eye. Many TH-cam’s don’t make good thumbnails but this channel is an exception

I think what you say in 00:35 is true: it's usual to get to legend for excellent players like you, but I do think it has become harder for players like me to climb and 'navigate' through those 5 stars, and it seems a bit frustrating when you get stuck there. I think it was much more beneficial for good players who usually start in R5 so they will always get to legend, but players who don't have enough time to play ranked and who usually start in very low ranks (R15 for example) are getting this feeling of Hearthsotone made everything harder with the 5-star system in all ranks. I guess Hearthstone should offer a 3-star system to get to rank 10 for example, and thus give casual players a real chance of getting to legend. At least my son has got usued to get 9-12 victories in arena thanks to your stream on Twitch, which is great. Warm regards Kripp, and excellent video

"Casual" players shouldn't be able to get there, and if they did, they'd likely suffer because their level of play isn't at the same level as someone like Kripp, or other people who consistently are in Legend. If you don't have much time, and aren't dedicated to the game, you can't really complain about not getting into Legend, just because it's too hard. The rank system isn't just to climb through it, it's so that players are put into the rank they've earned, and will be matched against people of their skill level. It's not a perfect one, but making it easier for casual players to get to Legend, would just rob the Legend rank of any value. By that point, it wouldn't mean anything, and casual players would be getting matched up with pro tournament players, which would be terrible for both parties. The casual would get shit-stomped 90% of the time, and the pro would be forced to waste his time.
Kripp, you are one of the most lucky people I have ever seen in HS. The Florist gave the discount on Togwaggle and Azalina EVERY SINGLE TIME. If that isnt lucky then nothing is.

i wonder: if hearthstone had direct effects instead of these randoms, for instance, at the end of your turn, reduce cost of a minion of your choice by -4 (for spell example), would playing the game feel like playing a completely different cardgame? for minion example, look at the new shredder, imagine having control over what it summons from your hand would perhaps revive millhouse as a card, and make him viable
Seriously running at least one copy of psychmelon. Once you have specifically togwaggle and azalina in hand everything else can be trashed freely, making ultimate infestation way more likely to see play, faster cycling to the end of the deck, etc.
gferrol118 same. I saved all my dust and gold from their two promotions, did all the extra quests. Realized that I couldn't afford to make anything good, so I just enhanced the one deck I have (tempo mage) and crafted Wizbang just so the game's more fun.
There arent gud alternatives to mafulrion u cant directly replace it and tyrant cant directly be placed either its rly gud for making sure u dont overdraw and get some board presents. But if u dont card about that put in a card like giggling inventor for it.

Kripp: You probably shouldn't run minions over 3 mana (apart from the combo pieces). Proceeds to run arcane tyrant. I get that it's 0 mana on most turns, but not if you topdeck it when you want to play florist. Is that really worth running a 0-mana 4/4?

Kyle Knelsen No, its actually good. It draws Hemit on 6. Psychic screams twice on 7/8. Dumps hand on 9. Then 5 mana deathrattle reducer, coffin crasher and double ticking abomination. In that order at the end of turn mecha'thun is pulled from hand and then the boardnis aoed for 10. Its really uninteractive.
A question: is arena easier right after an expansion? Because suddenly im averaging 9 wins, just went 12-1, my first twelve win run. I did however, recently install haertharena and I studied how to draft a lot recently. I used to average 5-6 wins before

I have been playing control warlock. I run skulking giest, demonic project & howlfiend/treachery combo to shut down their combo
The Counter is the shitty Warlock Card, that changes a random minion in your and your opponent Hand into a random Demon
Lens Hunter try Mecha'thun priest it can otk at turn 10 and there are 2 versions one quest the other isnt
OTK the first. Yeah, aggro does not work well since they have nothingbut removal and cycle.
