They were mostly just interested in protecting the Serbian identity (in the most violent ways possible). When the partisans rose up, they turned Yugoslavia into a perpetual war zone (not their fault, it was the fault of the axis). Keitel issued a decree that stated that for every one German soldier killed, 10 Yugoslavians would be killed (usually civilians). The partisans took advantage of this as they knew it would create new recruits. The chetniks fought against that…with the aid of the Italians. Yeah they both did terrible things but at least the partisans weren’t collaborators

What a shame, I don't mean to be rude, but I was really enjoying this series when it was showng all the possible cores one could realistically get in a normal game, plus a bit of functional creativity like having portugal unite with brazil before coring Portugal, but now every interesting country in which it would be interesting to know what decisions and focuses create the most cores has just been abandoned for making every significant country just annex some bugged country which can core the entire world in a way which psradox clearly didn't want. I would wish that if those obviously unintended bugs are included at least the normal non-bugged was still included.
Yeah, I really don't care about those kinds of ones. Sure, they're technically possible, but not enjoyable in the slightest. Some of the other ones you can make a fun campaign out of, which has been my draw to this series in the past.
