Loved this episode. Rick shot a big group shot of all my friends at the Romford Skatepark stop of the World/101/Alient/Blind tour after Radlands in 1994 and to have him take a photo of us made us feel so stoked. Understand that we never saw it, it never made the mag article but just that he took a moment to share with us post demo was really cool to do. That day was incredible.
Watching all of these filmer/photographer episodes makes me wanna start filming/photographing skaters. But we don’t have a skate scene at all around here 😂 thanks for catching us up on all the skate history! Much love, Nine Club👊🏻

Really cool to see Rick on here, Big Brother was so influential to me back in the late 90's. Proper cutting edge and pushing the boundaries of culture. Jackass, well what more can you say about that. Pushed skateboarding into the lives of people who would never really understand what skateboarding culture truly was. As soon as D.Boon dropped those chords and Mike Watt's bass pumped.. I had a copy of "the worst issue" of big brother. I took it to high school with me and then accidently left it in my desk. The next day the teacher disgusted held it up and asked whos it was. When I raised my hand to claim it I got just the most disgusted and disappointed looks from the whole class. Great memories, thank you big brother for years of entertainment. P. S. You should get Chris nieratko on here. His interviews were the fucking best
I miss the sign in bowl, got my first grinds in that bowl! I drive by the spot off Knott all the time and reminisce the good old days. Psycho Dave was a bad ass, you dont see skaters like him anymore!
