After seeing more of your content (including one about “licks”), I’m not curious about your music! Thanks for all the great tutorials. I especially appreciate the “setting the scene” videos since I’ve crafted a small/medium amount of terrain but struggle to make fun and engaging setups.
Great room, and a very good DM set up. I love the green and dark wood color scheme you went with. Agree the books are too low, but the rest of the black shelves/drawers rock. Well done!!! The only suggestion I have is paint over that peach in the cabinets with an off white, and maybe replace the lower shelves with two glass/plex shelves. Maybe put strip lights inside the cabinets. That'll not only expand space for future minis, but give you a lot more light and visibility to them.
I've been running a 2e campaign for little over a year now. Been subscribed throughout it. Love your crafting tips. Players rarely comprehend the time investment it takes just to make a well crafted story. Not to mention the 100's of hours to design, make and paint all the terrain. Your setup looks amazing. Happy Gaming!
I think the best way to make this room better is to get some guests for the chairs! So glad to finally get a full tour of this room we've been in for the past few years!
It's not often that I get to see someone else's gaming set up, and I'm interested at how different yours is from how I set up my game. I'm way more analog that you are - I use my phone for sound but that's about it. I like the idea of adding a speaker though. We use a game riser so it would tuck in nicely underneath. Great set up though, super convenient to be able to have all the terrain and minis easily accessible and the wall art is such a nice touch.
My buddy drew us a mobile DM at the moment and he’s just got a little Bluetooth speaker he got for cheap at Walmart or something. Phone speakers aren’t great for music, and they’ve got some nice little speakers now that I’m sure would tuck nicely under the riser. Just remember to charge it!
Oh no! Maybe put them behind lock and key? I know I’ve got a few minis in here that I don’t think I’d trust in the hands of a group of kids, wayyyy too fragile.
I feel for you when it comes to storage getting filled up. I bought a new house a few years back just so I could expand my gaming collection. My 600 sq. ft. basement is dedicated to gaming, and pretty soon it will be flowing up into the living room.
Great set up you have there! I wish I could trick out my classroom for my 6 groups like that. Im curious about your swords hanging up and above the map though haha...looking like an Elvish one above the map- not sure of the others...
I really like this laptop stand...I own a few stands meant for mobile DJs but yours looks way more versatile than anything I've seen for sale. So...um...where can I get one, dude? Thanks in advance!
That is an incredible game room and you’ve given me some ideas for my own. I liked all the pictures of your journey to where you’re at now. I love the size of your table! I’ve got a decent size table but with all the players stuff, terrain, DM screen and whatnot I’m always using various smaller tables beside me to hold stuff. I like how you have the extra table pushed against your gaming table for all your DM stuff. I need something like that. What type of colored bulbs are you using for the ambiance? I’m looking forward to the next video to see what you do to the room next.
Love your setup :D Looks amazing! It is so much fun to see other gaming rooms! You did a great job building your table it looks awesome! I just changed out my gaming table for a 72x72 banquet table to give me extra room (tired of the players papers getting in the way of the play space).
It's actually "Tervetuloa tähän videoon!" Otherwise what you said kinda means "welcome in this video". (Disclaimer, I'm finnish but it's not my first language)

Preaching to the choir buddy! When you have the right table though it’s all worth it!

Haha, luckily there are a few dedicated nights a week that they are filled!
Are you going to craft again?

Funny you say that - we're playing today and I remembered to plug the speaker in last night. Good advice!@@StorycraftSociety
Like it, thank you for sharing
New life goals!!!!
It’s a long process, but very worth it in my opinion!
Impressive!
Thank you!
What a great set up! How big is your table?
I subscribed to learn how you make your pieces. Over the decades I hadn't realized how much D&D has evolved! It looks like it's terribly fun!
I personally think it’s the greatest game ever, but that’s just my opinion!
Really jealous of your mini classification! my 7 year old and his friends keep makin a mess in my collection! :P

I mean, while on one hand that’s a real bummer, on the other, it sounds like a good problem to have.
@@StorycraftSociety Oh yes it is :P
great setup it looks so cool
Thank you!

So the other three are from The Witcher, and the two above the map are Elvish (according to the LOTR aesthetic anyway.)

Nice! I remember those days and could not imagine going back it it now that I have this set up! In my opinion you made the right decision!
Thanks for sharing, man! Your videos have been great. Very inspiring. I'm curious to know where you acquired the table.
We actually custom made this table! (with a lot of help from my dad who’s a way better wood worker than I could ever hope to be.)
Ha! I thought that was custom. Looks great! Thanks for letting me know. @@StorycraftSociety
Cool video, and your setup is super legit. But not as legit as that windbreaker. Rock on!
Haha thank you!
