Hey Matt. Love the video and the adventures - just wanted to call out something in case you didn’t notice. When you guys were digging out the gray jeep with the winch line attached coming back on the shelf road, you were working from the downhill side of the line while the other two were uphill. We don’t have the best view from the camera, but I know I wouldn’t want to be caught in the gut by that line if the Jeep slipped for some reason. Take care and have a happy holidays & new year!
I’ve enjoyed this Hell’s Canyon recap as much as the original version from last summer. One of my favorites! I live in Bend Oregon and have to get up there.
Great adventure! I live on the Idaho side of this trip. Council to be exact. You can't get into Back Lake until July. The High Dive that you almost made it to would have been completely drifted in with snow. Love it!
This video does look like one you posted before. However, you should have a pinball theme, where you have a 'Tilt Meter' for when you're getting close to rolling... add some pinball sound effects.
@@maryputman3535 it’s very common for us to take videos from earlier in the year that were multiple videos and combine them into one longer video over the holidays. These tend to be our best performing videos.
Lots of reasons for this trip. 1) we both love driving 2) the rule is more than one dog means more than one Jeep. Lol. 3) we had to bring the red one to pick up the new topper in Utah on the way. 4) my Jeep was on display at Expo PNW.
Happy Holidays - thank you for the entertainment and education!

Yup I do remember watching a similar video
Great idea. lol
My wife kids and I live in Nampa and tent camped at black lake.
Lots of trout to be caught and beautiful scenery!
Absolutely stunning. Although, my anxiety would kick in with some of those roads.
Safe travels. 🌲
Haven’t seen a video that makes me sweat with nervousness in awhile-this one did it! I could feel myself sliding off that snow bank. Yikes.
This was such an epic trip!!!
I spent a couple of days in Hells canyon in September. Seven Devils lake and mountain are a must see.
Amazing Video! My wife and I want to head that way this summer from Alberta!! Would love your Waypoints for this trip hehe😜
Great video. I’m living my dreams through you guys lol.
Perfect timing. Set down, turned the "tube" on, this video came up while drinking my Goober Goose Hot Chocolate
Heck yeah. I had goober goose this morning. Best hot chocolate ever!!!
@OzarkOverlandAdventures yes it is.
The boat ride on the Snake is fun. I'll go back again one day.
Nice big snow banks I like them
Matt, I love your videos stop doing all that sketchy stuff I would like them to continue!

“Today is a good day NOT to die”
Worfin' it in the back country.
Outstanding
Hi! I’m curious as to why you and your wife travel in separate vehicles? Practically speaking it would seem to cost more to go this route.
Lots of reasons for this trip. 1) we both love driving 2) the rule is more than one dog means more than one Jeep. Lol. 3) we had to bring the red one to pick up the new topper in Utah on the way. 4) my Jeep was on display at Expo PNW.
Doing off camber driving on snow banks you will be fine get use to it
Why take two different vehicles?
We both love driving and more than one dog means more than one Jeep.
is this old ?
It's multiple videos from this summer combined into 1 longer format.
