Any recommendations for getting higher-ranking puppies? I've been breeding exclusively with the dry food buff active along with at least one Witty dog active, but I can't seem to get higher ranks

yea, to increase the dog rank is basically random, level 3 will not always go up to level 4, the best buff to increase rank is dry food + dog event

did you know that if you cross dogs you can make them level up, they don't come with level 4 because as far as I remember it a gift from twich

The free special elite force pack (from seasons if not mistaken) also render chance to give tactical backpack. I got one once from it. Husky dog u know the places is, rottwiler from the shop i got 3 from twich gift 2021/2022, corgy u can get from season rewards
Farm gives you one (the most common breed) every visit. Husky have chance to spawn at air drop and snowy zone. The rest need real money.
