Statistically there are ways (tips) to increase the chances of getting a true friend dog. The main points in the video being during the event (statistically has a better chance of getting the true friend dog) and the fish buff (also statistically better for getting true friend dog) so while there’s no way to 100% get it, there are ways to increase the odds
Going on 7 years playing, every time the dog event comes around, I do every single tip/trick that you can do. Cooking the best fish, having perks maxed, using the dog food. I have spent way too much money on puppies trying to force a higher level. Nothing works. this is all based on luck. I made a second account a while back, have not used a single trick, spent no money and already have a true friend. And I don't even play the wasteland on my other account.
I was given a Rottweiler TF, a predator. It deals 5 bleeding damage with a certain probability, and seems to be especially effective against zombies with a lot of health or defense.
When it comes to breeding level 3 dogs. It isn’t a 100% chance you’ll get a level 4. I’m not positive, but I think it’s a 50/50 chance. However breeding 2 level 4 dogs will guarantee another level 4
Be careful when you say "it's easy to get TF dog" 😅😅😅 I've been playing like 6 years now & I just got like early this year if I'm not mistaken
I mean, if you know what your doing and are using all of the perks and events to your advantage, you should have the dog before you know it.

@@huntrezz01 it is pure RNG. Believe me my friend, I have max bloodhound and keen. But the loot is the same (pd waves / bunker A) with or without it.

Yeah. It can be mainly based on luck. There’s just some ways you can help yourself.

I have 2 lvl 3 dog (male and female) when I breed them the puppy lvl is still lvl3 ... Why not lvl 4?

How do you bring your true friend dog with you on places
There are 4 slots on the bottom of the dog crate. The farther to the right is for the true friend.
Is getting catfish also rng? I cant fish one up for the life of me😅
I think there’s a bit more behind it partly it being a rare fish. And part of it being it can only be caught in certain fishing areas.
I personaly dont use food for pupies. I watch adds and pray to get true fried 😢
That’s what I do now that I have the true friend dog and only do puppies when I have the raider task for it
