- I decided to take a 'quick' look at character creation in Skull and Bones (Skull & Bones). This includes male and female customization, all the presets, body, skin, and hair options, tattoos, scars, and more!

Skull and Bones is an upcoming action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Singapore and published by Ubisoft. The game is set to be released in February 2024 for Amazon Luna, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. A version for Google Stadia was planned before the service's shutdown. The game revolves around piracy and naval warfare with a fantastical setting during the late 17th century, the peak of the historical Golden Age of Piracy.
As of 2017, Skull and Bones was marketed as a tactical action game set in an open world environment and played from a third-person perspective. Players take control of a customizable pirate ship, and may choose to sail the Indian Ocean by themselves and set off on a single-player campaign, or gather up to five other players to ally in player versus player gameplay in Disputed Waters.
Wind positioning can be assessed to gain an advantage in battle. Players may collect additional ships throughout the game, such as sloops-of-war, frigates and brigantines, whose weapons include mortars, broadside cannons, and rockets. Ships can be charged into with brute force and boarded. The rate of inflicted damage is gauged by the health bar. A core component is the multiplayer mode Loot Hunt, where two groups of players are challenged in treasure hunting to further accumulate their riches. Each given ship's crow's nest is scalable for use as a lookout point and spyglasses will be available. Microtransactions will be included

Heh yeah thats weird that we can't even see half of the options
As usual Ubisoft provides mediocre character creation and this is probably one of the worst because you can't even see what you're making
Ikr their so called quadruple A have ugly character creation there's literally not much character creation options & all characters character presets that you're going to play as the whole game are ugly.
You can do the creation after the tutorial once you reach Saint Anne, and you can see everything you're doing there.
Wish it had more customization options.
That’s insane that the tattoos are guess work. Peak laziness. Hopefully you can just change them later and get a better view
It seems as if the character creation system was an afterthought, which may not be too far off the mark as there was no mention of it being present when they originally showcased the game being in development.

Yeah I want more options like I wanna change lips size on my female character like the Caucasian one has decent face but thin af lips and African, Indian has bigger lips but the face is ugly.
All they need is makeup I put makeup on my characters

even this looks unfinished , incomplete, and far from the pirate life promised, they still need 2 years more or a pré rélease max 29€ and a game that will never reach the initials promises.
That’s it? The character customization is lazy af. I’ve played CyberPunk 2077 and Baldur’s Gate 3 and those games have more options. This looks to be a let down. Everyone you see online will be rocking the same customizations as you, with no variety.

3.NO Pirate alive tha Harvests Stuff... NEVER EVER have i seen a Pirate in movies, books, told storys, the NEWs or in Games Harvesting 'goods'... A pirate steals n plunders just like in tha 1 game...
