Morning Dave. I love love love these. What’s not to love. They are easy to make. We all have a ton of book pages. They will smell good. I’m going to make some for sure. I am hosting again this Christmas and I’m planning on making the Pomanders you made last year. I hope that’s what the orange speckled with cloves is called. Tfs Hugs 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hi Jodi, yep Pomander is the right term, well definitely the right term in the UK. These as so simple, but they amaze me every time with their loveliness. As you say they will smell amazing and really connect you to bygone times of Christmases long ago. I hope you and yours have an amazing festive period, I am sure they all will if you are hosting. Thank you my friend for your continued love and support, you are amazing and I hope you know that! 🤗🎄🥰🎄😘
That is a fabulous idea. I love these and I can see myself making many of them. Thanks so much for sharing and explaining the process. Much appreciated.
🎄🌟Dave, I’ve been watching you for years and you always surprise me ✨❣️. I love that you went to the trouble of using Charles Dickens’ Christmas stories paper 🕯️.
Wow, that seems really strange to hear when you say ‘watching for years’ although I know it’s true it really hit me that I have indeed been doing this for ‘years’. So happy I am still able to surprise you, I do work hard to find new ideas or reimaginings of old stuff, do it’s great it pays off, thank you for always being here for me! 🤗🎄🤗🎄🤗
I just love these! And every year I forget about making them until it’s pretty much too late. Mainly because I’ve got so many other projects I have to get done. So once the new year rolls around, I am going to make a big bin of these! 😂 I love the paper you used as well. You are always so inspiring (and fun to watch!). Hugs ❤️🤗🎄☃️
Yes I completely understand having so many ideas and not enough time to either make them or develop them into something tangible. However with the idea you could make Easter egg shapes, or hearts or anything really for suitable for multiple seasons 😘🎄🤗🎄🥰
It did feel weird filming this in November, which I know is not early but I don’t normally do Christmas that early for me. I’ve got another one lined up for next Monday too. I just can’t do Christmas in July! Lol. 😘🎄🤗🎄🥰
So pretty Dave, and so are the baubles 😂😂😂
Aww thank you 🤩 - I’ll pay you later! 🤣😉
Fabulous idea Dave, I can see me making quite a few of these 👏🏻💕👏🏻💕
I should have put a warning label on them, they are highly addictive! Enjoy 🥰🎄🤗

I’ve made some bigger versions before using my Cricut to make the circles, you can get a bit more fancy with bigger circles. 🎄🤗🎄🥰🎄

👍👍👍👍😁👍👍👍👍
Thank you 🤗🎄🥰🎄😘
I used a large paper clip in the center till the last glue line dried.
Good idea! 🎄🤗🎄
Tried it, and the holes around the equator came out several different sizes.
Brilliant! I love the imperfection of hand made crafts and I hope you love the outcome too 🥰😍🤗
@@DashofDave1 Actually, I love symmetry.
@@zyxw2000 oh well, as I said in the video, it not going to look machine made.
