I was on this concert. It was really wonderful. I will never forget Polgár's Philips, Leporellos, Gurnemanzes, Gremins, Roccos. Winterreise with him, ahh. For me the most beautiful voice ever. I could take only a piece of music to a deserted island that would be one of his recordings for sure. R.I.P.

E' la prima volta che ascolto il basso Laszlo' Polgar. La voce mi sembra bella, profonda, scura, la dizione perfetta. Hampson mi piace per il bel timbro di voce. 🤩👍👏👏👏

Máig nem tudom Polgár László... hogy halhatott meg...Nekem Ő volt a LEGNAGYOBB! Mindent ki tudott fejezni...a leg szélesebb érzelmi skálát... nagyon fáj, hogy nincs már...
Aki által a DAL műfaját is meg tudtam szeretni. Erlkönig...Ő énekelte a várban, az Úri utcai Schubert-esteken...

Sadly, Polgar died 4 months later. He was a magnificent artist. Here together with Hampson at his best.
