They’re structurally sound and one doesn’t have to worry about water damage, mold and all that upkeep with said homes overseas esp in the US not to mention low property taxes👀. ✌🏾

I have never understood why real estate is so expensive in Kenya. I know the demand and appetite to own is high but so many people can’t afford the price tag.
It's because mostly the private sector is the one that build most houses. If the government would also take over to build affordable housing, many people would afford.

You can have the US EMBASSY, Canadian or UN looking to buy 10 units at ago and there lies the opportinty to hike prices by up to 5m. Decraring their price on every plattform is counter productive.Remember these are not units for the mass market
Hehehe. You are spoiled by watching the "women" on western media - majority of whom are not real women and have hired voice coaches. A REAL woman who does not smoke and drink all night has a voice with naturally higher, sharper, pitch. 🙂
@@catherinenyoro3953 which Western women ? I've heard women in the market, matatus, radio stations who've got beautiful voice without any coaches. Just saying this here has a very sharp annoying tone. Am sure she doesn't speak so sharply in private, its just that she highlights it on Tv. If she spoke naturally then it wouldn't come out so bad
