It's a song composed by a Boy/Man who was in a relationship with a Girl/Woman, and something went wrong between themselves and the Girl/Woman decided that enough is enough, so she decided to write him a letter to advise so and that they will have to end their relationship here.
Yeah, quite a sad tale, but as we all know, that is part of life and that everyone, both Man and Women, ever born into and lived in this world will have have to face it sometimes in their life.
