What drives "who is joining VSHOJO" is largely about hanging out with Vshojo in an obvious way. GEEGA was hanging out with Haruka and Zen IIRC, which drove the speculation. Informally polls on like false TVS's discord always put GEEGA on there. But the two other indicators of ___ is joining VSHOJO are generally "___ has graduated (corporate)" and "___ appeared on speak of the devil" Anyone who did both, joined Vshojo. Haruka(predates hololive en), Kson, (Nazuna joined and left), Henya, Matara, Kuro. Michi and Nazuna didn't have a connection to Ironmouse before Vshojo and even then the fact they were ex-corporate's and had one of their friends already in Vshojo basically lead the speculation. Current speculation is that the only reason VSHOJO opened applications was to get Mint and/or Dokibird and/or Jaiden. But that is going off the previous "last time they only added Haruka" expectation.
I've always found it it weird that people think that indies that made it big (like 1-2k ccv) are somehow not qualified or less talented than unknown vtuber. Like VShojo are supposed to be some charity orgs that need to take a 10 viewer streamer over a known vtuber like Haruka who is proven to be great. Her audition video was also amazing.

Mint the other hand definitely seems to be fine with where she is, or at least hasn't publically said anything to suggest otherwise. I think that its most likely to be Ari or Candii, though both have been more directly dismissive towards the notion than you would expect from a potential applicant. Similarly a lot of other recent hangouts also have brushed off the thought, though iirc Sushidog did apply for the JP branch.
