    I'm about 5'5 and I have trouble reaching for high objects and I get cramped sitting in cars, buses, trains and planes. Good for Geega for being shorter than I

      5’1” here and most seats are pretty roomy. There’s upsides and downsides to everything, but being short is pretty comfy at least.

      5'8 here in south east asia, while 5'8 isn't tall in other countries, here you're sometimes forced to sit in a fetal position when taking public transport.

    Geega is smol, adorable and huggable, but also far more powerful than you or I.

    I installed a skyrim mod that lets you adjust character height, and made my character short just for the lulz, then I realized I couldn't reach anything on the shelves in the game and it was the funniest thing ever

    Meanwhile, I’m smacking my head on light fixtures, and needing to bend over or slouch when I go through some doorways because I’m tall.

    This is why I don't have any problems with being 5'9, funny enough it used to be the average height here in Sweden. Recently checked and the average is 5'11 now. 100 years ago it was 5'7. Regardless, I don't mind my height and I have no reason to want to be taller.
    1:00 "i've watched people on the plane that are tall"
    I remember a video where a dude was 7'2 and going on a plane, it was crazy how much hassle he had to go through just to even go into the plane. That constant bending over can't be nice on your back, speaking of that, good luck finding a bed long enough to not have your feet dangle out over the edges.

    I feel like everything is getting bigger to accommodate taller people. I feel much more comfortable in movie theaters and cars than I did a decade ago.
    Anyway, if I ever meet Geega I’ll happily not tease her about her height and help her reach the groceries on the top shelf.

    Being tall isn't that bad. But being wide is fucked. My shoulders don't fit in most chairs

    Im 6'6", i gotta drive everything from the back seat essentially (if its a 2-door I'm just screwed), my back always hurts, and doesnt matter if I'm in pain, everyone is asking me to get things off the top shelf. Also yeah, my knees are often part of the crumple zone in smaller cars, plane rides are also hell on my knees, and I have actually partially scalped myself on a low-mounted fire sprinkler one time, so yeah, being a giant is a curse.

    Weird fact, taller people take forever to have their blood pump through their body efficiently, your bone density is off balance usually the upper half is heavier, taller people tend to get heart issues or heart attacks.
    I watched a video explaining this before.
    Glad I'm short 😊 I'm 5,5 but most people tend to be taller than me

    I'm tall, at 173cm, and most of it is legs. It makes the back seats if cars and planes suck. I would kill to be 6-8cm shorter

    I am not even that tall (i am 5'9) but i have long ass legs and this is true. Not constantly slamming your knee on the table while moving on the chair, not having to shrink when sitting on the backseat of the car... Must be nice lmao

    being short is luxury except when you buy clothes.

    Interesting. Glad there are some advantages, seems more fair somehow. I wonder what it would be like to be short? It never bothered me when I was a kid, and now I'm tall, but then again I was just a kid with a kid's experiences.

    I'm 5'6 guy and the only trouble I have is reaching the very top self of the supermarket without using my toes. Besides that, the only problem I may have is dating since I'm not sure if girls would rather date someone taller than myself but that's too big of an issue.

      Some might have problems with it, allot of women don't care as long as you are a good person. It's easy to think everyone is fixated on height, thanks to social media. Work on yourself and don't worry too much about that, it will sort itself out.

      @SvengelskaBlondie I see, then I'll try to keep that mind since lately I've been getting self-conscious about my height due to seeing things online. Hell, it even made me feel a sense of superiority when I come across guys who are shorter than myself. I don't think that's a good mindset to have since I don't want to mistreat others. Anyway, thank you for this message!

    • @SvengelskaBlondie
      @SvengelskaBlondie 5 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ I agree, it's not really a good mindset to develop (thinking you are superior due to height). Height is just a very small part of someone's life, not worth emphasising it too much. I'm 5'9, that right now is slightly shorter than average in Sweden. Seen guys up to a foot taller than me, some guys are a bit shorter than me.
      Not something to make a big deal out of.

    • @minatoarisato4742
      @minatoarisato4742 5 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @SvengelskaBlondie Agreed, I'm Mexican-American, and I tend to cross paths with other Hispanic guys born outside of the United States who also happened to be much shorter than me. I see these guys, and I secretly chuckle in my mind when I see their short height, but they're getting the last laugh since they have their own wife and children. I'm not exactly sure where this mindset came, but I think it may be due to feeling inadequate/unhappy with myself as a person. I have goals to be a better version of myself, but I've been hit or miss on these goals. I still refuse to give up on my goals to be a better person since I don't want to mistreat others. Anyway, thank you for reading this long message. I'll remember to keep your message in mind.
