    Hi red , again buddy great detailed video 👌.. when welding the clutch plate closed with the pins inserted , is this creating more of a power split or is this mod to mimic rear LSD ? Keep up the good work man 💯

      It's so you can run a viscous coupler

      @@PirateGarage are you going to be using the CRV prop or are you modifying another prop to fit with a mid centred viscous ?

      @@PirateGarage sorry for the dumb question watched the video again and heard that you are using the land rover prop ...
      Doesn't the CRV already have a viscous coupler?
      I am new to the world of AWD Red so I do apologise , you seem to be the only guy I can find who breaks it down in to good detail for dudes like myself 👍

    Regarding to my 1996 Honda crv its making a howling noise in the rear is it possible it could be the diff or wheel bearings

    Omg you’re “cleaning” each clutch then putting the rag right back in the metal shavings.

    • @PirateGarage
      @PirateGarage  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The clutch is locked it won't be moving anymore, the only reason I cleaned them was so I can weld it and not start on fire, please watch the whole video

      Pirate Garage my concern is that rage kept being used to clean but in between cleaning you were throwing it back into the metal shavings. Aren’t you concerned about that getting into the diff?

    • @PirateGarage
      @PirateGarage  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No there is a screen separating the front from the rear and the end of the diff was welded shut, like I said watch the whole video
