The plaintiff was good to her to loan her money when she was in need trusting that the defendant would be a woman of her word and pay it back and now she doesn’t want to give it back in full, she’s going to regret burning that bridge. This woman gave her when she didn’t have family to help her. She ought to be ashamed of herself. This is why people don’t help like they would like because of this right here not wanting to pay it back. So sad to loose this friendship she will regret it.

If you give someone money, you set a deadline for repayment and ON that deadline (maybe give them a little grace period) if you don't hear back from them YOU contact them and just ask for your money. It doesn't have to be confrontational and dramatic like people make it. "Hey, girl, it's such and such date, I'm calling about the $1000 I gave you in Such a month". People play too many games with this "Oh I shouldn't have to remind them" bull
