To all others: years ago there has been a german report about pagan metal which was very critical. Equilibrium haven't been that famous and the narrator was saying the german band Efibrilium is playing on stage...the whole report has caused a kindalike shitstorm.
I love how while the music is awesome and badass, the music video is just the band members taking a nice forest stroll.

Everytime I listen to this song I remember one time my family and I went somewhere in our country, and there was no wifi! HAHAHA, and I had was my iPod (So no mobile internet either) and my earphones. For that time I didn't have a big musical repertoire, so I was just listening to this song and a few more. Walking into the window at 2:00 am, cold weather, lift the curtain and watch through the window while listening to this is EPIC.

CesarEnrRC1 Right. Ensiferum - Deathbringer From The Sky always reminds me of a flight to Spain with my godfather. I had an iPod on which he had put some Hard Rock and Metal stuff for me. And there was that song. And besides, it got me into Folk Metal

I love folk metal so much that it makes me want to cry when I listen to it. I swear it's true
beautifully composed, another great folk metal hit. This is why I listen to Equilibrium, Blackguard and other folk metal bands

@@Garpocalypse Equilibrium is no more in my mind. It baffles the mind that they went from something as amazing as Armageddon to freaking pop music. Reminds me of We Butter the Bread with Butter.

tho i do agree , but i have to say that nowadays Robse just growls,,he doesnt use the variation like he did on this track and earlier material,,listen to Helge sing for Wolves Den,, he still possesses those great variations. i still wish Helge and siblings never left this band, i loved this band dearly back then,,i know everyone has Sagas as the best release, but i love Rekreatur just as much
