Northern Ireland is also the best place to live because renting house there is so cheap and you don't pay council taxes after paying your rent because it is already included in your rent.

Am in agreeable with you100%.A lot of these people who don't work should be moving out of London so their kids can have more fresh air and more free space. I would move to the country side anyway.When I just got my papers I went to the country immediately looking for house to rent.To be honest most of who want to stay in London is those who are not working.Francis you are so right.

Must he a council property…..also depending on what area that is.
I pay £1,400 for a one bed flat…..it’s been recently increased to 1,500…..but the fact that I’ve been living in this property for 8yrs now…..I’ve refused to pay their current rate of £1,500.

Cornwall is not a place to live. People there shan none Cornish people. Small shops/post office can ignore to serve you. I had a work acquaintance who moved from London to Cornwall, within 3 years she tried to move back to London. But couldn't now afford it cos the prices had gone up.
