Good old fashioned grinding. Nice to see content that isn't all about the flashy crazy hands. Making good decisions in ordinary spots has much more impact on your results IMO. Love hearing Ben's thought process.
I've noticed a bunch of dubious tournament plays from limitless, including straight out terrible ICM call of fish2013's AI w/ K9o during this FT 7handed. No doubt he's one of the best poker players out there, but his tournament play is lacking in some spots.
thanks for the content Ben! i have a question, are you afraid of giving information to regulars that watch your videos? or they already know everything that you tell us?
How come you did just shove and not leave anything behind in the 55 hand at 10:54? Not trying to be a chat pro just would like to know your thought process.
@@1ELPATRONN well you didn't understand me I meant that he could've left like 2 bb behind so he could fold if the other two opponents went all in after him.
Fabian Roberntz you might have the correct odds (even adjusted for ICM) to call the extra 2bb even with 2 calls behind. 55 vs 66+ still has 18.6% equity and 16% vs 2 ranges. Just a guess. He also might just not have been thinking about the minutia at that exact moment.
@@lobsterworldwide Agreed, it may come down to the difference in the payjumps since the chipleader had such a massive lead. The bigger the difference between 2nd and 1st might play a big role because of the value of having a big stack heads up hence the worst case scenario of getting it in 3 ways with 55 might be a spot which you should risk with big payjumps. With this reasoning I feel like folding with 2 bb left in this spot should be fine since the payjumps in this tournament was kinda small. However payjumps between 3rd and 2nd was also relatively small which just makes my thinking a clusterfuck since the incentive to come 2nd becomes less relevant. I might just really be overanalysing the spot but if I do let me know.
It is very marginal and there is a chance of internet disconnect/timeout/missclick (as it happened for someone in the 25k on GG and he timedout and was left with 1bb)
ben you are awesome...great poker player....can we see your bankroll if u don't mind.....cuz I bet it would be such a great dream for me to have six figures bankroll in my pokerstars account...🤩🙈🙉🏆🏆🏆thnx

Thanks for sharing such valuable content!
Glad you liked it!
Thank god no one needs or deserves a big score more than this guy. Keep it up BencB
We are glad to hear you feel that way Brendan, more scores coming hopefully!
@@RaiseYourEdge Thanks for the response love your content! Keep it up!
Why did you fold Q9o BvB (14:22). According to chip Ev it is a call. Is ICM in the Situation still so high that you have to fold?
All your videos are awesome. You got really cool poker playing style. Trying to learn whatever I can with these content.
Keep the heat coming 🔥
More coming! Glad you are liking it!
At the beginning of the video you said that u dont look at the prizes for 1st and 2nd, but dont the size of payjumps matter for the icm game?
he probably knows what % of the prizepool each payout is worth and that might mean just as much w/out knowing the exact $$$
Twitch W think you can look at what your referencing too without looking at the payouts themselves
What Twitch W said, the payouts are very often very similar in terms of %, that you do not need to know the $$ amount
This is excellent content. Thanks for all you do!
Thanks for watching!

Exuse me, how can I get info about raise your edge courses and how much does it cost? And what criteria should I have to get into this courses?
Great Content, thanks for sharing!! What do you think about the committed 3b / f of limitless at 10:49 ?
I have no idea to be honest. I would just shove.

Great content, but how did you get that pokerstar theme ? Thanks
It's the nova theme if we are not mistaken
Great content, appreciate it. Next time i`ll try to implement not seing the money payjams .Thanks!
thanks for the content Ben! i have a question, are you afraid of giving information to regulars that watch your videos? or they already know everything that you tell us?
No I am not. I will certainly lose a little edge but on the other side I play also quite focused when recording.
Love to see you stream a little more if its not to much to ask.. gl

Damn bro! Congrats :D 16:20 you saying 31k :D You must have too much money, if you see 31k and not 71k Won!
I interpreted it as he was in for $40k on the day and profited 31k but probably not
Yeah my bad
Huds aren't prohibited at pokerstars?
No they aren't

Because he only have 15bb and 55 plays very bad postflop, so either you fold it or go allin even though there is some ICM with the other 2 players.

Bencb is there a reason that you only play on pokerstars? I've seen alot of other famous poker pros playing on sites like ACR and GG
Ben also plays on partypoker and GG
