*WHY DIDN'T THEY FOAM THE RUNWAY* for the Jeju Flight? If you know a plane is coming in "hot and heavy" wheels up you foam the runway most deaths are from fire. Note the fire under the plane that ignites the jet fuel.
It doesnt work that way, 1 is risk to the ground crew, 2 it wouldn't stop a fire, 3 it would cause the plane to slide for longer, 4 it would require a ridiculous amount of foam
