I have a doubt sir. I studied 5W 2H in TQM . In this video, One H is missing (How much). ie. Quantity.

Hi Manickam, your doubt is correct. There is 5W2H also.
5W1H method is created for solving technical problems and no bother about qty. Because it will be used after confirming the theme of the problem based on severity. The severity may include safety, cost, qty, loss, saving etc.
5W2H method is updated for business strategy. So, the qty (how much) will play in major role and importance for the problem will be given based on that only and then action will be taken.
