It's been about 3 months since I made my last Kaizo, so I decided to bring back the level design. This actually ended up being one of my hardest levels yet. Surprise? Nope.

My thought on the dev exit was an infinite back and forth surf while waiting for a bomb on a very intricate track, but the bomb stealthily runs on a separate path so you never get the pipe clearing explosion. Waiting just to timeout, if you can last that long. :)

When I started out playing Mario Maker I originally tried to make troll levels for DGR and Carl. Of course, the levels were all trash. I was kinda stuck. Then I watch Panga make levels. Seeing his creative process inspired me and now I’ve looked into making Kaizo Lite levels. They’ve turned out 1000% better than any troll level I could have made. Thank you so much Panga. Keep up the good work!

Watching this is actually really instructive. Nice to see it come together one obstacle at a time, with Panga just experimenting with an item or setup until it's both challenging and fun and making adjustments along the way.

if you dont want dying thwomps to cover the screen, I would recommend placing an unstacked bomb (use a parachute) above the thwomp, which will explode during the thwomp's anticipation frames, thus allowing you to activate on/off switches instantly and with no falling enemies on screen.

10:38 I dislike the one-tile wide ground blocks, too. In my levels, I'll use at least two rows or columns, even for the screen stopping lines where you can only see part of it. Especially when one row/column looks different from two rows/columns. I think sky levels are the only ones that I don't mind it so much since the one-tile lines have a unique, stand-alone look.
I think one tile lines in the sky theme look disgusting.

Gotta say, it could do with the occasional aesthetic touch. Maybe a few coins along the route and platforms. But it is good that the level has clarity and that there aren't a bajillion things going on.

Hey panga, i really like your levels. Would love to See you bilding a Level which is about cutting it Short. I mean you get some Power ups and have to time it so you dont get Hit (fireburners...) Would be a interesting race i really would like to see in a flobby

So you know when you were a kid and it was Christmas and your parents told you don't buy something that you would want buy something that the other person to want well… Panga is the kid but didn't have the adult knowledge when making mario maker 2 levels.
I think he should make a level where its smw style and you use the cape to knock a poison mushroom into the other players goal.
I made a level a couple weeks ago about surfing on the koopas
