So glad they bought it to save it so those investors didnt demo it to build cheap homes. I grew up just down the street and always loved and wanted that house. Good luck to the new owners.

Big shout out to Kirk Montgomery. So good to see you. I clicked on the video to see about the house on Plainfield. I used to live on Plainfield Ave and in 1992 moved to Denver. Kirk was my favorite on channel 9. In 2015 we moved to Texas. When I started watching the video, I saw Kirk and thought, wait a minute, I watched Kirk in Denver, not Grand Rapids. So I did some searching and looks like Channel 13 hired a Star. Congrats!
Good luck. Perhaps you could market it as a B&B. Best of luck that is a nice area of town. Close to shopping, Riverside park. Not far to downtown Actually bikeable to downtown. Welcome to the NE side.

I remember that house as a kid I loved it even back then. I miss the old Grand Rapids. It's changed to much now. I don't wanna live there anymore. I live in White Cloud now.
