The only thing they didnt get right was putting it right by the lake. An unobstructed view would have increase value. Too many neighbours

I must really like this house because I keep coming back to look at it. Two months now. There's something so fun about it and all I can think of when I see this place is a house party where everyone is doing something different and everyone is having a great time. There's also a calming effect it gives me. LOL. I'm sorry but there is something so sexy about red brick, white trim and triple paned windows. LOL.

The biggest issue I have is that for such a large mansion, it feels SQUEEZED onto the property! It needs a few more acres of open space to BREATHE! ☺️. If available, I'd purchase the empty lot next door for additional lawn space, and a tennis court!
If located in Beverly Hills/Bel Air/Holmby Hills, would list over $130+ million!

Gated community property on a lake > non-gated lake property… in any state on any lake.
The only things missing are solar panels and/or windmills and ceiling sprinklers in case of fire.

Do like the contemporary French exterior. This is definitely a private hotel/resort/embassy. Not really my idea of a home.

Are you sure that's 1.2 acres? I live on 1,5 acres and there's no way a house that size would fit on it
There are 43,560 square feet in an acre. You could fit almost 3 of these houses in 1 acre, but only if you squared it off because it is a complicated shape. The neighbors are way too close. I would rather have this house on a 80+ acre chunk of land.
Yes this property should have been waterfront, but it is exquisite anyway.

Who wouldn't love to pay the utilities, taxes, weekly maintenance, snow shoveling grass swelling tree trimming, on that property? If you paid cash for the property you'd still have to pay $10k a month

That is NOT the most expensive home on the market in Michigan. The historic Granot Loma home in the UP has been on the market for a while now and is more than twice that price. It is the largest log home in the world and it is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

The Seller, plastic surgeon Michael Gray was CLINICALLY delusional. This place with no, REPEAT NO REAL BACKYARD sat on the market for easily 2.5/3 years plus and he didn’t lower the price ONE penny. Text book delusional and the house is sssssoooooo incredibly over decorated that there are no words.

I see this house as half English and Half French countryside---nothing Italian about it---The inside needs to be stripped of all wall paper----thousands of yards of window coverings and an updated kitchen---Other than that it is a nice house

It's a nice enough house but way over priced. What kind of idiot would buy a 15,000 Sq./Ft. Italian Villa plonked down in the middle of a sub-division? $10,000,000 for a baby villa on a cul-de-sac? I don't think so. An eight car garage? Who needs THAT many cars? The indoor decor is okay but in the entry, pick the walls or the ceiling. decorating both is too busy. Looks cheap. A house like this should be lakeside and with enough land to have a stable or 9 hole golf course or gardens. Are any of the houses around it worth $10 million? If not, you won't get that for this house. You over built for the neighborhood.

Many of these are tributes to the tackiness of the nouveau riche. Fussy, incoherent--a veritable cacophony of this architecture motif with that one (from a far different period). The whole abomination is not memorable but for the takeaway that it must have cost a lot of money to put in all those turrets, spires, palladium windows, and gables.

Look at the crime statistics for Bloomfield Hills. It's a hell of alot safer then most conservative places. And Republican states have the higher crime rates in the nation overall
