Suggestion for another psychological horror game using Identity Fragmentation: *Meters:* Insanity Meter(aka. Psychological Stress), Anxiety Meter(Intrusive Thoughts). If the Anxiety Meter is 100%, which is caused by the thoughts of the Attendant in your mind, Insanity Meter goes up. If it goes up, the player dies by resetting himself using a gun in the Attendants office. *Title:* Fragmented *Starting Point:* The player is at a their family home, it was 11:02, and the player went to sleep. Before something occurs when the player opens his eyes, the player is seem to be laying down on a hospital bed before the game starts. *Place:* He is trapped inside his thoughts. *The Way To Escape:* Instead of collecting keys, pressing buttons, collecting notes, collecting papers, collecting keycards like the generic horror game it is, the player would have to collect the syringes(the cures, no cancer, etc.) of the deceased patients and their favorable items in the correct order, once this is done the spirits would open the door to the exit. And the player has to do this after he confronted the Attendant. *Monster:* The Monster is called 'The Attendant', much more like 'The Supervisor' that roams the halls of the office building. But the Attendant roams the thoughts of the players mind causing anxiety, psychological stress, and severe depression. In some cases, the Attendant speaks into the players mind, occurring in the players vision by using a piece of a shattered mirror, looking into a shattered piece of reality, and his buried soul. The Attendant cannot detached its soul from the hospital due to the sins he committed. *Escaping the Monster / Finding The Truth about his Purpose:* The way to escape the Attendant is to find shattered memories of his buried soul. Moreover, the more pieces that the player collects, the more that the Attendant's soul be weaker, but appear more in the player's mind. To confront the Monster you have to find his purpose, by this riddle: "In shadows cast where minds collide, I linger near, though truth denied. A fractured soul I wait to mend, No foe am I, but a twisted friend. Bound to you by silent pain, In lost reflections we remain. Seek not escape, but pieces whole, For I am you-your buried soul." *Dying Screen / Concept of Death:* The way that the player dies, is by having 100% Insanity Meter. He dies by using a gun in the Attendant's office, but the Attendant's office, is how the player resets himself. The insanity meter is raised if the Anxiety Meter is full, the Anxiety Meter raises by the occurrences of the Attendant. If the Insanity Meter is up, the player dies inside his thoughts, but this also happens in real time. A gun shot would be heard coming from the players room, seeing a hole through the head, and it is visible that it is a gun shot. News spread across about a teenager mysteriously committed resetting out of supernatural causes with no evidence of how it got there. *Lines what Attendant says:* The words he says to the players mind; "Did you forgot who I am?", "I want... to be. Just.. Like... You...", "You're running from yourself.", "Nobody believes in you. Who is you?", "The more you run the more you're closer to fate.", "Giving yourself away is the best choice.", "A Gun... lurks in my room. Trigger it." *Identity Fragmentation Concept:* The more the player hallucinates and the more that identity fragmentation occurs in the players mind, the more that the Attendant is stronger. Often becoming an independent, haunting presence that surfaces in moments of vulnerability. If the player's anxiety is up, the more he sees the Attendant appearing creating extreme hallucinations and insanity. But, he doesn't really exist, because they are one, in the same mind. Unable to forget the things that the player, and the Attendant did what they remembered caused psychological stress(aka. Insanity Meter) *Psychological Concept(Identity Fragmentation):* The Attendant and the Player are inside a distorted side of reality that is undiscovered, not a sleep paralysis. A dark level of reality, that is connected with the player and Attendant. They exist because they cannot escape their thoughts, the player would then experience hallucinations such as patients in beds, a heart rate monitor beating, and producing frequency of a heart. The Attendant refers to the player as another person, or a familiar being the Attendant had seen. Sometimes the hallways, the rooms, and the offices disturbingly change every time the player hallucinates, except for the Attendants room never change. The player is running due to the mistakes he did that has history with the hospital, just like the Attendant, unable to run away from his failures. They're not separate, they're one being. When a player holds a piece of a distorted memory in the ground, the Attendants appearance would appear behind the player before he runs away, and the entire thing changes and distorts, and identity fragmentation occurs again. The player is not running from Attendant, it's himself.
You kinda broke the rules. ChatGPT told you that he will wander around and make sure that you're working. He doesn't make sure you're working in the game, he just knows through some sort of precognition. He should just be patrolling around and chases you if he sees you outside the cubicle instead of automatically knowing you're outside the cubicle. Maybe even will start checking hiding spots if he goes to your cubicle and sees you're not there.
one thought I've always had and seen people struggle with is the implementation of jumpscares in slow-moving characters. I think the thing that makes stuff so scary in games is that you're in control and you're unaware of what's going to happen, what if he catches up to you but instead of screaming he touches you and you disappear, the screen turns to black and a small animation takes place where you're almost waking up, slowly SLOWLY fading from black back into a dark giant room where endless posibilities could happen, obviously the boss caught you but this is no longer the first part of the game, this is now you dealing with the consequence of not taking the normal way out, you now have to exist in a scarier, darker place, where you can only sprint and you hear a constant aura and the scurrying feet of an enemy that's just a bit faster than you. Then you can take the jumpscares to the next level. I know it's really far fetched but I think it would be really cool for something unrealistic to happen. think cry of fear almost I guess idk

2:58 tbh the one you used looks just dumb and ugly like a joke. You should have used the 1st or 3rd model you showed with the 1stone being creepy cause the face i FUBAR and weir af and since ChatGPT says the villain symbolizes the oppressive and toxic work environment, a creature with a a blurry, barely human face works so, so much better for this. And the 3rd one is similar but almost has a jokeresque creepy smile and the face is even creepier because it's just blank white with two red eye beads and the bloody looking mouth.
The overall aesthetic is really good. The objects in the game all have something off about them which is what you want in horror. You're not simply in an office with bad stuff, the place itself is some kind of evil entity.
Just as a suggestion. You could of used lumalabs for an eding cutscene. And also dalle has gotten decent at making words. So it would be as hard to generate
