    Ingredients:
    ¾ cup butter, softened
    ¾ cup sugar
    ¾ cup packed brown sugar
    2 large eggs, room temperature
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
    ½ cup instant hot cocoa mix (2-3 packets)
    3 tablespoons baking powder (or baking cocoa)
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    ½ teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup marshmallow bits (halved mini marshmallows)
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    Directions: Makes: 32 average-sized cookies
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy, 5-7 minutes then beat in eggs and vanilla.
    3. In another bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa mix, baking cocoa, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and gradually beat into creamed mixture.
    4. Gently stir in marshmallow bits and chocolate chips.
    5. Drop 2-tablespoon dough balls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
    6. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
    7. Enjoy!
