I have a similar problem but add to it that I have crippling low self esteem. I am working hard towards my goals now more than ever but I still have this reputation of not acting confident with women and looking like a loser or worse. I have also noticed that many times I have been told by both men and women that I am arrogant. And I just haven't done anything, just sitting around having a quiet drink, around women and not starting a conversation, they call me arrogant.
I do not particularly think that I am a very attractive man, but rather that the few times I go out I like to dress well and sober, for example a blue shirt, be clean shaven and combed, and I feel really very uncomfortable those few times that I go out because I feel observed, the latter bothers me a lot.
But I know that many times there are very good women who find me attractive and they have flirted with me but I made the mistake of punishing them (I don't know why) showing disinterest in them.
I am trying to change that.
Happens to me buddy. 5'10, dark hair, 185 lbs, muscle bound I'm a boxer too so I carry myself like someone most ppl can tell is dangerous. To add to it, I have eye brows that legit look better than any women I've ever seen, a chiseled jawline, damn near perfect white teeth and tanned skin. I know I have a resting bitch face for a man, and I find it impossible to randomly just smile at ppl. I feel very uncomfortable walking around in public without feeling judge or ppl looking at me. Even though I've had many many sexual interactions from the best looking women. I have low self esteem and I automatically assume nobody likes me or thinks I'm a creep or weird or whatever.
I know I intimidate alot of ppl and especially women.
I know I'm attractive because the funny part is, it's always men and guy friends that tell me how they wished they had my looks. Women are afraid to look at me EXCEPT in a bar or pub.
I believe this to he the case because at bard and restaurants most of those women have had something to drink.
I get cold treatment from some women too and I jist feel out of place wherever I go.
I'm married to a beautiful women now so that's good.
However, I'm only 26 yrs old and want to be more comfortable with myself.
I often feel, if I don't look perfect one day- I look ugly. There is no in between.
It sucks.

I’m 19 years old and i’ve been told that i’m attractive but i’ve also been called many other things such as soft, quiet, cool, confident, funny, wise, smart, kind, tough and hard working. I am a lone wolf and introverted I have suffered from social anxiety and still do to this day thankfully not as much. The key(s) to it is to not crossing into the vanity territory, relying soully on your looks to coast through life, and sleeping with a bunch of girls just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Lust is very dangerous. Getting side tracked here but you need to back it up with having a strong character. If people think your gay for not chasing women as a good looking person who cares? let them think what they want. Just continue doing you and making the most of your life, eventually the girl of your dreams will come along. I will say though I dislike how superficial women are they admire you from afar but will not show interest if you talk in terms of wanting a relationship with them. I’ve also noticed some girls will not like you but it shows how insecure they are. It can be lonely too. It truly is a bittersweet blessing. It’s the stigma/ stereotypes surrounding attractive people that makes it a curse. It’s not what it’s hyped up to be but I’ll live with it till it fades away because truth be told it’s better than being ugly. However; it gives you more courage to go down your own path and be authentic, people view you as a leader, it can make life easier but not all the time, people will be nice to you, and being able to look at yourself in the mirror and not be insecure of your body.
I am very lucky to be given this fortune i’m glad to be living a “unique” life that only a select group of people will ever get the chance to experience. God gave me this for a reason.

I have a similar problem but add to it that I have crippling low self esteem. I am working hard towards my goals now more than ever but I still have this reputation of not acting confident with women and looking like a loser or worse. People have no respect or are even disgusted with me sometimes because they don’t get how someone so attractive can be so cowardly with women. Which makes it worse for me. I am slowly fixing this but it’s taking very long. I have no problem with physical health and I’m actually very fit and growing stronger. Still these experiences haunt me and pretty much no one has the patience for it. I know I have to fix this alone. No one really cares about depressed men. At least it looks that way to me.
