  • @ Depression and anxiety are not mental illness.You can overcome them by being aware of your thoughts.
    @There is only Arahant who can talk about this.
    @ Everyone on this earth must think because the thinking is the nature, the word thought or thought process has the same meaning, the thought doesn't belong to anyone on this earth,
    it is not yours, it is not mine.
    = The thoughts never make anyone suffers or happy or angry or depressed or anxious because the thought is the thought.
    = Sometimes the matter in thought is pleasing.
    = Sometimes the matter in thought is not likeable.You know...what you see now it doesn't mean anything, it is not anything but you were taught to believe what you see now is a person, is an animal, is an object.
    @ In reality what you see now is mental phenomenon and also known as something which happen to the mind for awareness.
    = Every matter which happens in thought.
    It happens to learn. It doesn't mean to manage. The matter in thoughts will happen in short time and then it will fade away by itself without dealing with anything.
    = The thought processes are on duty to think all the time from birth to death and never stop. The thoughts have no origin and destination. (You are not the owner of thoughts)
    = The thoughts talk to the thoughs, the thoughts never talk to this body, never talk to anyone, never talk to you because our true self doesn't really exist. The word I/you/we/they/he/she/it is just the belief in language.
    @ Ruminating/repetitive thoughts is a natural thinking. It happens in a short time then it will fade away by itself without dealing with anything. (You are not the owner of thoughts).
    @ Every matter happens in your thoughts is the thoughts. I say the sentence that "the matter in your thoughts". It doesn't mean you are the owner of thoughts.
    = But I have to borrow the word "you" to say in this talk for understanding to each other in this video (I say this, does it sound weird?)
    = Every matter happens in the thoughts (It doesn't mean in "your" thoughts).
    The matter in the thought happens to the thought for realizing or learning.
    (It doesn't mean it happens to "you" for learning), because our true self doesn't reallly exist. We are not a human being.
    = Sometimes the matters in the thoughts are pleasing. (The thoughts like it)
    And the thoughts want to keep something which is pleasing for a long time. (It's impossible). Because it will fade away by itself but you cannot realize the thoughts.
    @ Sometimes the matters in the thoughts are not likeable. (The thoughts don't like it). And the thoughts want to deal with the thoughts by stopping the thoughts or kick it out.
    @ After that with in the fraction of a second, the thoughts which we don't like. It will fade away by itself, without dealing with anything.
    @ Do you know ? The matters which happen in thoughts and are not likeable. It doesn't have language to say because it's natural.
    The thoughts will be named the matters in thoughts as the thoughts need. Such as anger/suffering/depression/anxiety/
    ruminating/repetitive thought/sadness/and more etc.
    @ When the thoughts don't like the matters in thoughts such as suffering/anger/depression/anxiety.
    The thoughts want to deal with thoughts but the thoughts cannot do that. Then the thoughts will suffer. I say that the thoughts will suffer.
    (I don't say we suffer/You suffer/I suffer/She suffers/He suffers).
    = Whether the matters in thoughts are pleasing or not likeable. It's just a thougths.
    The thoughts is natural.
    The thoughts doesn't belong to anyone on this earth. No one owns the thoughts.
    = Example : About the thoughts change all the time.
    @ The following example can help you to understand about the thought processes which are on duty to think and change all the time.
    = Ex.1 : While you are walking straight, the thoughts are thinking to go ahead, and then if you want to turn left or turn right or stop walking. That means the thoughts change from going ahead to turn left or turn right or stop walking.
    =Ex.2 : When you use the language to say something to someone.
    For example : If you ask someone.
    "What is your name" ? At first you say the word "what" that means the first thought arises
    and second thought changes to say the word "is" and after that the thought changes to say the word "your" and the last thought changes to say the word "name"
    @ From the first word to the last word of the sentence "What is your name". The thoughts change 4 times. Do you know ? The thoughts change all the time but it seems that the thoughts never change.
    @ If you notice the thoughts in everyday life. the thoughts change all the time and never stop.
    The thoughts have no origin and destination.
    @Thought processes change naturally all the time and cannot be controlled .No one owns the thoughts.
