Belarus and it shows Gunesh can actually sing was the best. Tatarstan was a strong pop ballad and vocals. The unusual songs from Keremovo with the bird noises and Tuva with its Shaman meets rock approach (a song called 'Bareback' in English) were also fascinating. Kazakhstan had a good modern pop song too - in fact they were probably the best country in this contest. This was a very ameaturisric edition mind.

These songs are horrible😂😭 this legit looks like a recap from a talent show at some local teenage school😂😭 The woman who made the bird sounds litteraly finished it😂😂😂
Those bird like noises are supposed to be ethnic singing but I respect your opinion. Turkic languages just sound kinda funny. That's why Turkey stop sending Turkish songs after 2008.
@@arvinroidoatienza7082 no, Turkic language sounds okay. These songs are just very weak and weird. I know a lot of turkish songs and kazakh and other songs and they sound perfectly fine
@@Idk-qs4nr I don't know. Maybe they're just so different from Kazakh and Turkish because of Mongolia influences. I even never heard of Kumore. (They don't have a separate autonomous entity in the Russian Federation)

Fittingly, there will be a Contest this year, after years of not having one!
8 years later and that entry from Bashkortostan still slapsss
Overall this was rough, but I really liked the Azeri, Kazakh, and Tuvan songs
Eurovision with no budget
How I imagine a smaller country hosting regular Eurovision, ie San Marino
@@LKBVMA2801 Ah good thinking 😅
@@SelfMedicatedOnHalloumi you know san Marino is damn rich country 😂😂😂
