    Hey Mark! I found your TH-cam video on the optimal frequency for posting on Facebook and other social media platforms quite insightful. I recall being advised to post one to five times daily, especially during my stint with health coaching a few years back, where I was more active on Instagram and would post five times a day. Now, working in home services, I've observed other businesses in this sector like landscaping lack engagement on their posts-there are hardly any likes, comments, or shares. This was also apparent during your video and on the social media strategy expert's website, as well as with the coffee shop example you mentioned, which didn't have many interactions on their posts either. I'm not suggesting there's no value in your advice, but there seems to be a discrepancy between the theory and what's actually happening.

      Hi there @omarwalker3056 thx for watching and your detailed comment. The things you say are all correct and the observation of low engagement as well, and this is occurring more and more across all the SM platforms now but its doesn't mean people aren't see or watching. As and example a single post on a FB page may get 5 likes and 1-2 comments, whereas posting that same image as a FB story make get 132 views. So the saying goes " people may not be liking but for sure they are watching. Some industries will bet the bare min of engagement and others will get 10 x more just based on the demographics of target audience. That said video content now is the massiveky preferred way most people want to consume SM as watching takes almost no effort so create more video content i what I say every business or brand should be doing. 5sec, 10sec, 30sec, 1 min, 3min 5min, etc and longer

    Hi Mark thanks for the video, I sell coffee online, and I have been consistent with posting. I make an average of at least 3 posts a day and I'm consistent. I usually post randomly, but after watching your video, I'm going to craft a weekly plan.. Thanks you!

    Businesses only *lose* followers when they post too often. Unless they have a real special offer, special event etc they should keep quiet. People see enough posts from friends talking about the weather, news, showbiz etc that they don't want or need to know the opinion of their dog groomer or stationery printing firm or other strangers posting off-topic or with trivial stuff about the business. They follow companies to hear about the company, if you abuse their newsfeed they will unfollow you. Look at what the big brands do, less is more.

      Horse for courrse it always is ChrisMix, I've know of and have worked with many businesses who post 2- 5 times per day their business is fast paced retail and they always have lots going on. There are others who post 1 - 2 times per week and others just weekly 😀
