Another great, heartwarming vlog. To your subscribing fans, you are definitely fulfilling a mentor role by guiding us around and over the many pitfalls of the copywriting world. With your years of “in the trenches” experience, you are paving an easier road for so many others. Your vlogs ALWAYS contain so much useful information that a “like” seems woefully insufficient. You’ve inspired the tagline I’m going to use in my social media realms: “I’m a copywriter, beeyotch!” It may not be elegant but it’s me.
Oh, before I take up more of your time, I just wanted you to know that I purchased the Amazon Kindle version of the book you wrote, What Happened in Granite Creek. I’ll be starting it in June. If I were your shifty business manager, I’d suggest you include an Amazon link in your header right after the two hashtag entries you always use. You’re a published author, dammit! These folks better recognize. Okay? Okay!

You are a wise, old soul, Fal. Seriously. I wish I had your depth and perspective in my 20s. I can barely keep up at 51, lol. Keep being you!

I never had a writing mentor, but a junior high English teacher who really liked my writing. I'm sure she wouldn't agree with the grammar rules I ignore now.

Ha! Yes, high school English teachers tend to be sticklers. It's funny that the rules never "stuck" for me in high school. I had to self-teach later. But that's on me, methinks, not them.

@@bostoncopywriter I never was good at diagraming sentences. I pay more attention to how a sentence sounds rather than if it has a preposition or dangling participle.

I was actually scrolling. Looking for someTHING to point me in the right direction when it comes to getting “pen to paper.” Great video and story about Larry and your relationship with him. Thanks for your video.

Thank you for watching and for taking the time to comment. :) Happy writing. It's all about "butt in chair."
