As a former motorcycle mechanic and workshop owner I obviously like what you do, but this is truly outstanding as a fun project, creating smiles, confusion and curiosity wherever you go!
You were absolutely right to use the larger scooter as the base vehicle, as it is far more suitable in that role.
This hilarious project is made more complete by your wearing of the personal flotation device/life jacket, which I'd hoped you would wear.

I would love to see the DMV's reaction and it get fully inspected. Make a flotilla of these things.
Needs a motorcycle club. Entry requirements: Prospective Members must have built one of these creations.
This is one of those where you gotta know a guy, who knows a guy, that knows a guy.
Most state inspections stations these days won't touch anything even slightly customized in my area haha.

It’s crazy how fast you do these projects, my mechanic spent two weeks for a five hour job, and did 30 minutes of it… he only unplugged wires to take parts off, but he didn’t actually do anything
this man does it for fun… they do it as a paycheck and get paid hourly to work on the vehicle..

This gave me flash backs to the phantom bike from mario kart wii, and i love it
We built one back in 2010 it was always turning heads. We used 250 2 stroke ninja that was totaled. We also built a stand-up jetski using a Kawasaki 750 SXI Pro hull and a go ped with a 125cc dirtbike motor. The stand-up was harder to build but so much fun. You should do it next! Yours turned out awesome!

The ONLY scooter I would own right there,
That Silverwing will out perform a lot of motorcycles. They're fantastic on curvy roads and are actually fast plus they have storage that you won't find on most motorcycles. My brother has a Yamaha Warrior that he takes out a few times a year. I found a Sym 250 scooter for a great price and gave it to him. He wasn't thrilled. That Summer that's the only thing he rode. Takes it to the store and gets a weeks worth of groceries. Weaves in and out of cars. Parks it where he wants and on top of all that, the insurance is dirt cheap and it gets 80 mpg. It's been 5 years now and the Warrior hasn't been out of the garage.
Probably only because it completely hides the scooter. Lol
I'd ride a silverwing, has two wheels, comfy and can do interstate speeds......I'm getting old...lol

I've never lived in a state that had inspections and on my 5th state. Glad I don't have to defile my bikes with decals.

@@Dave-sw2dm you don’t have to defile it, you can add a little bracket and attach it to the bike just for inspection stickers. I seriously doubt PA police enforce motorcycle inspections heavily, I rode my dual sport I used to own years ago without any stickers just plates. I don’t think I ever got pulled over for lack of inspection stickers.. only time I gotten pulled for speeding before I got rid of it, they never mentioned no stickers. Like they can tell from the plate if it’s been inspected and passed, can also look up registration and any relevant info once got your license and your plate. So I’m sure that played a big role in why it’s really unenforced unless encounter a cop that just got nothing else going for the stop but needs them numbers to prove he is doing more then just existing.

Unless you get caught in an actual traffic stop and they happen to notice, they usually don't even notice inspection stickers on motorcycles. So long as it has a plate and you're following traffic laws, they just let you mind your own business.

Needs hydraulic bike stands, and the thing 100% needs to be a functioning Jet-ski, while still being a motorcycle.
The fabrication and engineering involved is way too complicated for them. Or most anyone.
Theres no room for an extra engine or the jet pump tho
