17:45 I partially disagree. The OL has been getting worse year after year, there's been poor retention and development as well, specifically from the HS OL. Bedenbaugh knew about this move to the SEC yet failed to put together a solid OL. To me, it looks like Bill got lazy and overly relied on the transfer portal and took a bunch of 3 stars to avoid recruiting competition. What's most annoying is Bedenbaugh is refusing to play guys like EPL and Brooks. We're forced to watch the same guys get manhandled week after week. OU loses nothing and can't get any worse playing Brooks and EPL. Why is BB the only coach on this team unwilling to play freshmen? Tarquin, Brown, Hickman, and Everett are done after this year and are horrible, so why continue to play them?

Brandon you gotta get off your knees for bb. He’s been bad for 4 years. It takes him 7 weeks every year to have a serviceable line. It’s his first year without having nfl first rounders at tackle and he’s been able to do nothing with it. 100 o line coaches have been better this year. It isn’t one bad year, it’s 3 bad years of recruiting and it’s an inability to have units ready to go by week one. Bb has lost his edge and needs to go.

Think about this: When the offense trotted out against Temple for the very first time, Spencer Brown was out there. Less than a half into the season, it becomes glaringly obvious that Spencer Brown doesn’t belong on an FBS football field. How in the WORLD did BB see him in the portal and think “This is one of the best available options for our football team”? @@WaylonAndST.MathyusDad35 Either way it's a problem with recruiting, play calling or a bad coach/player relationship. The second string guys should be able to execute on some level, OU is usually a top 10(ish) ranked team and the backup players should reflect that. It's all still on the HC and OC, Seth was in way over his head at OU, the job was too big for him. It would or could make sense for him to be allowed to stay but let’s not act like one bad year can’t cost you a job. Good grief. Happens in the real world every day that someone loses their job over one bad year.
BD, how many high school recruits has BB developed into NFL guys since 2018 and you convince everyone why BB should t be let go. It also purely does matter if they are HS or portal guys too. The reason we are in this spot isn’t because of portal player play but the lack of development by the HS recruits he has brought in these last 6 years. So either way is very understandable

HOPEFULLY BV WENT TO JOE C AND AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!!
You’re delusional if you think the offensive can make a dramatic change everyone saw when they had a bye week and they tried to install 50 New Plays!!!
These players can’t pick up simple schemes, and make adjustments, especially on the o line!!!
How the freshmen walk on wide receiver, who probably got no reps in practice, understands route concepts, the ability to sit down in the zone slide in the zone, run the pattern at the correct yardage. Something none of these highly recruited and ranked four-star receivers !!!
At least Brendan Thompson caught a long pass first time they saw him all year and he’s been open probably 8 to 10 times exactly like that in the past games

Coach Littrell had not progressed as an offensive mind nationally before his hiring. A top 10 team must have top ten coaches and staff. I understand the promote from within but, talent has to be a factor in championship teams.

This front line is horrible and they all need to be replaced. Just because you add 35lbs. on a guy doesn’t mean it’ll make him a better blocker. Every single OL can’t seem to block out their own guy on defense. Emmett Jones needs to stay and possibly BB. The rest need to find another position. Demarco can go and we can bring in Adrian Peterson.

I want a physical big O-Line that can get 4 yards when u need it. I want quick slot receivers like Sheppard, and big WR like we have. I will keep Arnold and develop and would get a proven RB in portal like Eric gray from couple of years ago. We clearly can’t develop RB, so get one that needs a good last year before NFL shot

we need to realize this is exactly why he (BV) was hired at ou to get us ready to play in the sec. defensively we are on our way so continue to improve. but offensively we are absolutely abysmal! if this means the entire offensive staff gets let go, then so be it. every coach on this team needs to realize this fact, you are in the sec now. you have got to show results, or you will be a cellar dweller in a heartbeat right beside vandy.... oh, wait its just us now vandy can at least score points to help their defense!

Demarco is obviously an all-time beloved OU player; he’s one of my favorites players to ever watch. But it’s been painful to watch the OU running backs for two years now. Honestly, Tawee might be the best back of the last two years, and we let him go. Gotta consider other options.

Moving joe Jon Finley to the offensive play caller I think was a bad decision. I don’t think he’s going to call a game any better. For OU sake hopefully he isn’t as stubborn as littrel seemed and hopefully he can look at the film and just call smarter plays. The idea that they thought their TE’s could pass block the USC ends was wild and they kept doing it. Like Ikard was saying that’s a bad idea if the TE can actually block well, but when they can’t it’s got disaster written all over it and that came to fruition several times.
