love that you repurposed so much stuff!! feels like a lot of home decor videos nowadays are more about consumerism than design, so this was refreshing
I really appreciate this!! Yes we tried to repurpose alot of our stuff and when it comes time to make changes I really want to only buy pieces we're absolutely obsessed with!
When we moved into our new house, we repurposed everything. I love all my decor and furniture, a nice combination of new and thrifted items. I didn't see the need to buy new things for the sake of buying. The thrifted items are actually my favorite pieces. The only things I bought were a few new pieces of wall art. We also repurposed the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They are a beautiful and solid wood ( from when houses were built properly) so we just painted them and put new knobs on. Looks brand new!
